Andrew Chemonges Kiplimo
Andrew founded Clientele Research Consults (CRC) with the key intent of providing the highest level of quality consultancy services particularly in the area of research, data collection, and project management in Uganda. Andrew is an experienced Researcher, a professional Project Manager, and a practicing Monitoring and Evaluation professional. He has more than 10 years’ work experience in professional research and Project management. Before Clientele Research Consults (CRC), he worked for Family Life International (FHI), Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) and Georgetown University Initiative on innovation, Development and Evaluation(gui2de) all in the areas of research and project management. Andrew is a postgraduate scholar of Monitoring and Evaluation. He is currently pausing his Masters in Management Science(MMS) at Uganda Management Institute (UMI).
Obbo Hassan is the financial manager for CRC, he has been working for CRC Uganda for the last 1year. He holds a master’s degree in business administrations and holds ACCA. He was working with METAJUA before joining CRC for the last 3yrs as an accountant
Katimbo Claudio Katurebe
Claudio is the head of the research department for CRC. He holds a PGD in Monitoring and evaluations, He has a certificate in survey research technique and adaptive/Responsive survey design from the University of Michigan. Before coming to CRC he worked for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign together with Professor Rebecca Thornton and Dr. Alison Comfort and Centre for Social Research/NORC at the University of Chicago as a researcher. He worked for Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA)/Columbia University as a field supervisor. Prior to the above, he had also worked with World Bank’s Gender Innovation Lab (GIL), the Uganda Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development (MLHUD) partnership with IPA.
He has a wide experience ranging from Program management, implementation/intervention, data collection as well as data analysis.
Joshua, a former Country Manager of Grow Movement in Uganda, has vast experience in field research. He started as an enumerator while in high school and by today he has accumulated over 10years of field experience in research activities working with different organizations and consultants. He worked as a Field manager for iPA where he managed so many projects in different parts of the country.
Lydia E: Lydia Holds a bachelor’s degree in development studies from Mbarara University of science and technology. She is a creative and pro-active professional with a keen interest in development work. Before working for CRC, Lydia worked at AKEM CONSULTANTS as a researcher assistant and AfRIpads as a Research assistant. She worked for the Innovation for Poverty action and Resilient African network as a Team leader for the maternal health project. She also worked as a supervisor at the malaria Consortium. Lydia has a wide experience in Managing the teams in the field
Naome is a financial management practitioner and Field management specialist, who has worked with Government and non-governmental organizations in Uganda. She has been working with CRC for the last one year. Prior to joining CRC, she worked at Innovations for poverty action (IPA) based in Kampala Uganda on various projects as a field manager and data quality specialist. Her other work experience includes working as a Banking officer for centenary bank in Ibanda district Naome holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Bishop Stuart University Mbarara and Among her skills is the outstanding ability to coordinate field activities and a strong understanding of program monitoring and evaluation processes.
